AGENTISTA provides three notarization options:

• Remote Online Notarization (RON) – Available nationwide. For transactions involving properties in attorney-closing states (CT, DE, GA, MA, NC, SC, VT and WV), a licensed attorney may be required to conduct or supervise certain portions of the closing process.

• In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) – For Illinois-based properties and residents.

• Mobile Notary Wet Ink Signature – In-person notarization for Illinois residents and Illinois based properties needing traditional, ink-signature closings.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) with AGENTISTA is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except for major U.S. Federal holidays), providing unmatched flexibility for clients with time-sensitive needs and global lifestyles. Whether you are traveling, relocating, residing outside the United States or simply prefer the ease of an online notarization, your signing can be completed securely from anywhere in the world with a reliable internet connection.

AGENTISTA provides a refined, concierge-level experience delivering seamless, professional notarization on your schedule, from your location.

In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) and Mobile Notary Wet Ink Signature appointments are available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST (except for major U.S. Federal holidays), providing clients with flexible scheduling for clients who prefer or require an in-person signing experience.

If you require a notarization outside of standard hours, you may still submit your preferred time by selecting the "Request a Notarization Appointment" button. I will review your request and confirm if the requested time can be accommodated based on location, service type, and time sensitivity.

AGENTISTA prioritizes convenience and discretion ensuring you receive a seamless, concierge-level experience whether signing electronically or with traditional wet ink signatures.

To officially secure your notarization, begin by selecting “Request a Notarization Appointment.” Then click “Explore Services” to choose your notarization type—RON, IPEN, or Mobile Notary Wet Ink Signature—and select the appropriate closing subtype (purchase, sale, refinance, loan modification, HELOC, etc.).

For IPEN & Mobile Wet Ink Signature Appointments

A $125 deposit is required and will be applied to the total notarization fee to secure your in-person appointment. Once the deposit is submitted, you will receive an email confirming:

• The deposit receipt

• Your appointment date and time

You may upload your real estate documents by either:

1. Obtaining them directly from your escrow/title company, lender or attorney and sending them to AGENTISTA via secure email, or

2. Providing my contact information to your closing representative so they can send the documents to me directly via secure email or secure portal.

For Remote Online Notarization (RON)

No deposit is required for RON appointments. RONs are completed through the BlueNotary platform, and payment is made on the platform immediately after the notarization.

Once your date and time are reserved, you will receive an email containing:

• Your appointment confirmation

• The direct link to enter the BlueNotary online signing session

You may upload your documents by either:

1. Receiving them from your escrow/title company or financial institution and uploading them directly to the BlueNotary portal, or

2. Providing my contact details to your closing representative so they can send the documents to me securely for upload.

AGENTISTA provides transparent, concierge-level pricing for both Remote Online Notarization (RON) and in-person real estate closings. All fees include travel, administrative support, and document handling where applicable. Final pricing is determined by the number of notarial acts required and will be confirmed prior to your appointment.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

• $25 per notarial act (per Illinois statute)

• Conducted exclusively through the BlueNotary RON platform

• Payment is processed on the platform immediately after notarization

In-Person Notarization (IPEN) & Mobile Wet Ink Signature

Starting at $250, which includes:

• $125 Travel Fee

• $125 Administrative & Document Handling Fee

• $5 per notarial act (per Illinois statute)

A $125 deposit is required—and is applied to your final notarization fee—to secure your in-person appointment.

You will receive a detailed, itemized receipt outlining all notarial acts, travel charges, and administrative/document handling fees.

Final payment is due at the time of notarization.

You’ll need:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID

• A tablet, desktop or laptop computer with a camera

• A stable internet connection

• A private, quiet, well-lit location to complete your signing

• Ability to pass identity verification and credential analysis during the RON session

For your IPEN or Mobile Wet Ink Signature appointment, please ensure you have the following items ready to ensure a seamless, concierge-level signing experience:

1. A Valid, Government-Issued Photo ID

Acceptable identification includes a driver’s license, state ID, U.S. passport, or other government-issued identification that is current and unexpired.

2. The Complete Set of Documents Requiring Notarization

You may securely email AGENTISTA documents provided by your escrow/title company, lender, or attorney. Alternatively, you may request that your closing representative send the documents directly to AGENTISTA via secure email or secure portal prior to your appointment.

3. All Signers Must Be Present

Anyone required to sign the document must be physically present at the appointment with their own valid ID.

4. Ability to Sign in the Name Exactly as it Appears on the Documents

Signatures must match the printed name on the documents.

5. Payment Method for Remaining Balance

Any balance due (after the deposit) must be paid at the time of notarization.

For Remote Online Notarization (RON) conducted on the BlueNotary platform, as well as for all IPEN and Mobile Notary Wet Ink Signature appointments, AGENTISTA accepts the following payment method:

• Debit & credit cards

Full payment is required, and any remaining balance must be settled before final notarized documents are released or transmitted to the appropriate closing party.

AGENTISTA upholds a refined, client-centered cancellation policy to protect appointment availability and ensure a seamless, concierge-level experience.

For RON, IPEN, and Mobile Wet Ink Signature appointments, cancellations must be submitted via email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled notarization.

For IPEN and Mobile Wet Ink Signature appointments, when cancellations are received within this 24-hour window, the $125 deposit will be fully refunded.

Once the notarization appointment has taken place and documents have been completed—meaning they have been finalized, released, and transmitted to the appropriate closing party—all fees become non-refundable.

This policy ensures dedicated scheduling, travel time, and professional preparation are honored while maintaining the highest standard of service for every client.
